9:30 AM – Staff arrive

10:15 AM – Volunteers arrive

10:45 AM – 11:50 AM – Registration and Lunch/Cocktails

12 Noon – Shotgun start (carts will depart PROMPTLY at 12 Noon – please plan to arrive no later than 11:45 AM!)

5 PM – 6 PM – Cocktail Reception (open bar)

6 PM – 7:15 PM – Dinner (cash bar)
