Partner Plus Program Plan & Guidelines
Partner Plus participants will be selected via lottery (make your submission below).
An Associate Member (AM) Company can re-enter the lottery every year if they are not drawn as a partner the previous year. Once the AM Company is drawn as a PARTNER PLUS participant, they cannot re-enter the lottery again for a minimum of 5 years.
To be eligible for the lottery, the AM Company must be a member in good standing, meaning the current year’s dues and any outstanding invoices over 60 days must be paid in full.
The BOMA Team, Executive Committee and Education/Program Committee set the events calendar. Sponsors will not have influence over the selection of dates, venues, etc.
Your month/luncheon for your company to have the featured table will be randomly assigned to the sponsor. Requests for specific months cannot be made.
Lottery will be open until April 11, 2025
Companies selected via lottery will be informed no later than April 18th
Cost for 2025-2026: $2,000
