Q: If I join BOMA Philadelphia am I a member of every other BOMA?
A: No, each BOMA local is independently operated. Just as with BOMA Philadelphia, you must join the local in each city in order to gain full membership rights. You do, however, become a member of BOMA International by joining a local chapter.

Q: Does BOMA Philadelphia have any educational offerings?
A: Yes, we offer BOMI classes and educational seminars locally, plus you can check for self-study and online classes by visiting the BOMI International section for more information.

Q: What is BOMA Philadelphia’s Refund policy?
A: Please contact Chris Reich at creich@bomaphila.com to discuss any issues you may have with payments and accounting.

Member Portal

Q: I am a current member. How do I access my account?
A: If you know your username and password please click here to login. If you do not know your username and password you can retrieve that information by following the instructions on the login page.

Q: How do I update my profile?
A: Click here to login. Once you login you can update your profile on that page.

Q. How do I add my profile to the online member directory?
A: Your profile is automatically added to the member directory. If you would like to not have your profile publicly listed, click here to login. Once you login you can update your directory profile and also choose to not display your profile.

Q: How can I renew my membership online?
A: Click here to login. Once you login you can update payment information including renewing your membership online.

Username & Password Assistance

Q: I do not know my username and password.
A: If you are a current member of BOMA Philadelphia you can retrieve your username and a temporary password via email by clicking here and entering the email address that was used to sign up for your account.

Q: I don't know the email address that was used to sign up for my account
A: If you attempt to retrieve your credentials and your email does not match what we have on file please contact the BOMA Philadelphia office by calling or submit your question to us by email here.

Q: I received an email containing my username and a temporary password, what next?
A: Please proceed to the login page and type in your username and temporary password.

Q: I am having trouble accessing my account with the username and temporary password that was sent to me.
A: We recommend that you type the username and password that was provided via email. If you copy and paste the selection into the username and password fields, sometimes you are copying and pasting an extra "space" which the system will not recognize.

Q: I pressed the "Retrieve Username and Password" button more than once, will I get more than one email?
A: You can retrieve your username and a temporary password as many times as you wish but the system will send you additional emails. Note that the most recent email you've received will contain the temporary password that will allow you to access your account.

Advertising

Q: Am I able to advertise on your publications?
A: Yes. Our associate members have the benefit of advertising opportunities in our monthly newsletter and annual reference guide. Contact the BOMA office for additional details.

Job Listings

Q: Does BOMA Philadelphia have job listings?
A: Yes. Please visit our Job Board to view job postings. If you'd like to post a job listing, your member benefits allows you that opportunity. Login and post your jobs here for BOMA approval. You can login and manage your job listings here.

Events

Q: Can I attend any BOMA Philadelphia events as a non-member?
A: Yes. You may attend BOMA meetings at the non-member price, before becoming a member.

Q: What kind of events does BOMA Philadelphia have?
A: During the course of the year we have a number of informative monthly luncheons, educational seminars, and much more, including our annual TOBY Awards, Holiday Networking Event, and Golf Outing.

Q: Can I sponsor any of these events?
A: It depends. Event sponsorship is limited. All opportunities will be specifically announced.

Q: How do I register under my member profile for an event?
A: Click here to log in to your profile. Then visit the events calendar and you can choose the Member rate for any event.

Committees

Q: Can I join a committee?
A: Yes. We have a number of committees which are open to BOMA's listed members. We encourage you to review them by visiting the committee section of our website. Click here for more information.
