Your building has the opportunity to enter to compete in 13 diverse categories, such as Sustainable Practices, Curb Appeal (City and Suburban), Community Impact, and more.

Best of the Best Categories

  • Have you been recognized for your civic contributions? Is your on-site team an integral part of this recognition? Let us know! Detail how your property/building is a benefit to your local community by holding blood drives, supporting charitable events, hosting special events at your building/property (career days, health fairs), creating transportation infrastructure that is a benefit to the community, etc.

  • Does your building/property lavish its tenants/occupants with attention? Do you proactively provide your tenants with up to date information on all salient subjects? Do you provide them with the fastest turnaround time on service, throw the best tenant appreciation events? Are your tenant satisfaction scores the highest they can possibly be? Tell Us!! Use tenant appreciation letters, copies of newsletters, etc. reflecting these events.

Entry Process

Interested in competing in Best of the Best for 2024? THE ENTRY PROCESS IS SIMPLE! Here is what we need:

  • Completed FORM (CLICK HERE)

  • ONE PAGE OR LESS of narrative on why your building should be named the BEST OF THE BEST in that particular category

  • Accompanying photographs (where appropriate) are encouraged and appreciated, but not required - maximum of three photographs per category, please. Also, please make sure your photos are as high quality and crisp as possible. This could potentially affect the decisions of the Selection Sub-Committee.

  • Return all required documents to info@bomaphila.com

  • Deadline for entry is Friday, August 2nd EXTENDED to Friday, August 9th!!

You can enter one Best of the Best category, or enter them all! If you are entering multiple categories, we only need one cover sheet, but will need your narrative and photos for each separate category. Buildings that entered the regular TOBY competition may enter the Best of the Best competition as well.
