ASHRAE Guideline 36 Overview & Information Session
Presented by the Sustainable Engineering & Operations Committee
Join us on Wednesday, April 5th via ZOOM for an information presentation from Michael Helm, President and Principal of Radius Systems.
ASHRAE Guideline 36 is part of a growing line of standards such as 62.1, 90.1, 189.1 and others that are aimed at driving energy efficiency, comfort, and proper indoor environmental quality in commercial buildings. Guideline 36 has the specific purpose of providing uniform sequences for HVAC systems that are intended to maximize HVAC system efficiency and performance, provide control stability, and allow for real-time fault detection and diagnostics. Our presentation will cover:
Overview of Guideline 36, including what types of HVAC equipment/systems are currently included in the standard
Overview of High Performance Sequences of Operations (HPSOO), and how are they implemented
The tangible benefits of implementing High Performance Sequences of Operations to your facility
Where the Guideline 36 standard is heading in the long term
