Alex Kafenbaum is the Head of Development for the real estate division of Harris Blitzer Sports and Entertainment (HBSE). He is responsible for managing all aspects of the entitlements for the 76ers proposed arena in Center City along with other development projects pursued by HBSE. His work spans zoning, legal, design, construction, transportation management, marketing, PR and community engagement.
