The proposed plans for 76 PLACE at MARKET EAST – a new development centered around a state-of-the-art entertainment arena, which would be home to the Sixers – have caused a plethora of excitement, anticipation and discussion. As Market East has historically served as the gateway to Philadelphia’s commerce, shopping, and entertainment districts, all of us who do business in and around the city could be impacted in several ways by this potential project. Jonathan Fascitelli
Chief Executive Officer, HBSE Real Estate, 76 Devcorp & DAE Development

Jonathan Fascitelli leads HBSE Real Estate, the development arm of Harris Blitzer Sports & Entertainment. He's at the helm of the Philadelphia 76ers' new arena development and has significant projects underway for the New Jersey Devils. This includes rejuvenating the Loews Theatre in Jersey City and fostering growth in the vicinity of Newark's Prudential Center. Jonathan is deeply committed to enhancing neighborhoods surrounding HBSE venues, aiming for positive social change through economic growth and job creation.

Alex Kafenbaum
Head of Development, HBSE Real Estate

Alex Kafenbaum is the Head of Development for the real estate division of Harris Blitzer Sports and Entertainment (HBSE).  He is responsible for managing all aspects of the entitlements for the 76ers proposed arena in Center City along with other development projects pursued by HBSE.   His work spans zoning, legal, design, construction, transportation management, marketing, PR and community engagement.
