ABOUT David Quintas:

David began his career in 2006 at CERN, Geneva, where he worked on the control systems of the world's largest particle accelerator. In 2010, he moved to California to join the Advanced Technologies group at Lawrence Berkeley National Lab. He spent 2012 to 2022 at Google and Waymo, working on AI/NLP at Google Research, and network protocols as an early member of Google Cloud's gRPC team. He concluded his time at Alphabet by handling data for Waymo's self-driving car fleet from 2020 to 2022.

David met Diego, his co-founder at Trebellar, back in 2012 as part of a small group of Spaniards in the San Francisco Bay Area. Diego and David went on to forge their careers at Salesforce and Google, respectively. Nine years later, in 2021, still in the midst of COVID-19's long tail, they began exploring the idea that'd eventually become Trebellar.

Having known from an early age that computers would be it for him, David also enjoys endurance sports, History (esp. Classical Antiquity), languages (dead and alive), electronic music, and pledges to one day rekindle with his other childhood love of the Universe and Astrophysics.
