The Magical Mila Foundation — a non profit started in 2019 in memory of Jessica Roomberg’s 17-month-old daughter, Mila, who passed away suddenly after an emergency surgery she needed to save her life. 

Mila had Neurofibromatosis Type 1 — a genetic disorder that can cause a slew of symptoms including vascular conditions leading to high blood pressure. NF1 does not run in her family. Since her passing we have raised $650,000 and funded a successful clinical trial at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. You can learn more here:
