Friday, September 27th is Sport Purple for Platelets Day in honor of those living with Immune Thrombocytopenia (ITP), a rare bleeding disorder, and we're looking to Paint the Town Purple! Hosted by the Platelet Disorder Support Association, this is a special day is part of ITP Awareness Month, held every September, spreading awareness about the impact ITP has on over 200,000 people in the US.
